Shipping Policy
CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of LifeWave products directly from LifeWave by
customers (“Customers”) who are not affiliated with LifeWave’s Brand Partners. The products are
generally wellness patches, cosmetics, skincare goods, natural health Products, and such other Products or services as may be marketed from time to time (the “Products”). The products are provided by the following:

Orders
Customers are entitled to purchase Products at the retail price. All Products and literature prices are subject
to change without prior notice. A Customer may order the Product from an entity above. Should any
LifeWave Product be unavailable for any period of time, Customers will be given the option of placing the order(s) and waiting for availability or canceling the order with full reimbursement without penalties until
those items are ready for shipping.
Shipping
Product orders will generally be shipped within two to three (2 - 3) business days; however, shipping times may vary and can occasionally be delayed. LifeWave is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when the recipient is for any reason unable to accept items shipped. It is the responsibility of the Customer initiating the order to ensure that the shipping address provided is a current, working address. Any additional shipping charges incurred because of a failure to comply with the above will be the responsibility of the
Customer. PLEASE NOTE: Couriers may require a signature for large orders (e.g., exceeding $500 USD or more). Upon receipt of a Product shipment, Customers should immediately inspect shipments to determine whether orders are complete and in saleable condition. Any discrepancies found in orders (damaged items or Products, inconsistent or missing quantities, etc.) must be reported to the Company immediately to allow for proper resolution. Failure to properly report discrepancies may affect a Customer’s
ability to process returns, receive refunds, or Product replacements.
Payments
By engaging in any transaction with LifeWave, the Customer agrees to adhere to the payment policies. All payments must be made in full and in the currency specified at the time of purchase. LifeWave accepts credit cards and other payment methods. Attempts may be made by LifeWave to reprocess the order should the payment method decline; however, LifeWave makes no assurances that these attempts will be made.
The Customer agrees that they will be responsible for providing current payment.
Refunds
LifeWave offers a 90-day Money-Back Guarantee for the initial order of Products purchased. This
Guarantee applies separately to each Product purchased for the first time. Returned Products are accepted
only if they are unopened and in marketable condition before the expiration date printed on the label or the
shelf-life period has passed. Any returned package that is not in marketable condition will be excluded from
the refund. All shipping costs to return the Product are the Customer’s responsibility. Damaged or defective
Products may be returned for replacement and are subject to inspection. Returning products for a refund
may affect the Customer’s eligibility to participate in the Program.
